mp_ct_default_secondary [Weapon Code(s)]
This command sets the default secondary weapon that counter terrorists spawn with at the start of the round. Default is weapon_hkp2000.

This command would make all counter-terrorists respawn with a desert eagle, instead of a USP/P2000.
