sv_arms_race_vote_to_restart_disallowed_after

This command sets the gun level at which a vote to restart the game is not allowed in Arms Race. If this is set to 5, after someone reaches gun level 5 (or above), a vote to restart the game would not be allowed. Default is 0 (disabled, vote allowed at any time).
