cl_crosshair_sniper_width [Pixels]
This command sets the width, in pixels, of the width of the crosshair when scoped in with a sniper rifle.

This command would make the crosshair width when scoped in with a sniper 1 pixel (default).

This command would make the crosshair width of a sniper scope 3 pixels, which is 3 times as thick as usual.
