This command sets the delay before the next round starts after a round has been won.

This is the default setting. After a round has been won, the next round starts after 7 seconds.

mp_round_restart_delay 0

This makes it so the next round starts (well, the 15 seconds of immunity/buy-time starts), immediately after a round is won.
