CS2 & CS:GO sv_minrate Command

sv_minrate <Bytes/s>

This command sets the minimum bandwidth rate that is allowed for clients connected to the server. Default is 16,000. 0 disables the limit.

Argument Information

The syntax for this command is as follows:

Name	Description
Bytes/s	The minimum network rate, in byte/s, that a client can have. Set to 0 to disable limit (not recommended).
