CS2 & CS:GO sv_vote_command_delay Command

sv_vote_command_delay <Seconds>

This command sets the delay, in seconds, before the action resulting from a vote happens. If this is set to 2, a player would be kicked 2 seconds after the vote has reached a decision.

The syntax for this command is as follows:
