viewmodel_fov Examples

viewmodel_fov 68

This command would set your field of view (FOV) to its maximum value, which is 68. 68 is the highest FOV you can set for servers that do not have cheats enabled (matchmaking, etc).

viewmodel_fov 60

This console command would set your field of view to 60. Sixty is the default FOV value for CS:GO, so use the above command if you want to reset your FOV to normal.

viewmodel_fov 54

This command would set your FOV to 54, meaning your camera would have a smaller "field of view", meaning you'd be able to see less, but things seem closer/larger. 52 is the minimum FOV you can have.
